Studio Policy

A)  The Party Hosts shall provide food for the event.

B)  The Studio requires a cleaning deposit of $150 and will be returned if the Studio is cleaned according to the policy set below, see Section B-1. The Party Hosts will have 1 hour to clean the Studio after the party.  The Studio must be restored to its original condition before the renters leave the facility in order to waive the cleaning fee.  If the Party Hosts fails to clean the aforesaid property, the cleaning deposit will be forfeited.  

Section B-1

-Rearrange all chairs and tables back to their original placement.

-Tables must be free of debris and grease of any kind.

-Dance floor/sitting area/kitchen area must be free of debris and spills. 

-Banquet/Kitchen area must be restored to its original condition.

-Chafing Dishes must be cleaned after the party.

C)  We require a formal arrangement and agreement prior to the event. 

D)  The Party Host (75 to 100 guests) will be subjected to a 30% service fee for the Dance Hosts applicable only on Fridays.   E)  This promo excludes holidays and in-house special events. 

F)  A list of our regulars will be exempted from the Party Hosts’ guest list and therefore not considered as guests by the Party Host. 

G)  A surcharge of $100 will be applied if Party Hosts choses to serve beverage or bottled water.

H)  Our in-house special events can also be used for fundraising through a special arrangement with the Studio prior to the event.   

  Bookings are limited and it is based upon availability.  Certain restrictions may apply.
